Caliber Wellness

Wherever you are is base camp.

I spent fifteen years in mountains that did not care how I felt about them. They responded to preparation: sleep, food, training, margin. Nothing else. Your body works the same way, whether you're coming off a couch or a podium. I build the preparation: a plan, real numbers, and someone who checks.

I've written plans for people who had never owned running shoes and for people with race results I won't repeat here. The plans differ. The method doesn't.

Every page here speaks a different language. Underneath, the offer is identical: one method, applied to your actual body and your actual week. There is no ideal client. There's just the next block of training, sized to you.

The method

Every engagement starts the same way: a written intake, a long conversation, and a plan you could explain to a stranger: what you're doing, why, and what we expect to change. Then we measure, adjust, and keep going. There is no secret system. The method is that there is a method.

  1. 01

    Intake

A written intake: your history, your constraints, the shape of your week as it actually runs, not as you wish it ran.

  2. 02

    Plan

A sixty-minute consult, then a plan within a week: training, nutrition targets, and supplement suggestions, with the reasoning attached to each one.

  3. 03

    Measurement

You track what the plan asks you to track. On the ongoing tiers I read it every week. That is most of what happens between the big moments.

  4. 04

    Adjustment

The plan moves when your week does. Nothing sits unrevised for three months because it was easier to leave alone.

How it works, honestly

Is this medical advice?
No. Caliber Wellness is consulting and education. I don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and a plan from me never replaces guidance from your physician or physical therapist. If you're post-surgery, postpartum, or managing a condition, we work after medical clearance, not instead of it.
Do you sell supplements?
No, and we never will. Where the evidence supports a suggestion, I'll name it, explain the reasoning, and tell you what to look for on a label. You buy it from whoever you like. I carry no inventory and no affiliate codes.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. The Blueprint is refundable within 7 days if we haven't held your consult yet.

From Eleanor

Coaching runs differently than the work I used to do. There is no single day everything has to work. Most weeks look like the last one: read what you sent in, check the numbers against the plan, adjust what needs it, leave the rest alone. I still read every intake myself. I still write every plan myself. The work gets less dramatic every year I do it, and I think that is the point of it.
