1. Services description
Caliber Wellness ("Caliber," "we," "us") provides wellness consulting and educational information covering training, nutrition, and supplement suggestions. Our services are consulting and information only. Nothing physical is shipped by Caliber, and no supplement, drug, or product is sold on this site.
2. Not medical care
Caliber Wellness is not a medical provider. Nothing on this site or delivered through our packages constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using our services does not create a provider-patient relationship of any kind. Always consult a licensed physician before beginning any training, nutrition, or supplement program, and before making changes to an existing one. Our services complement, and never replace, guidance from your physician, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.
3. Assumption of risk
Physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. By purchasing or following any plan or suggestion from Caliber, you acknowledge these risks, confirm that you have obtained any medical clearance appropriate to your situation, and agree that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Stop any activity that causes pain or symptoms and seek medical attention; if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a package. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts

6. Payments, renewals, and refunds
Package prices are listed on the Programs page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. Ongoing Coaching automatically renews monthly, and Full Caliber automatically renews quarterly, until you cancel. By purchasing a recurring package you authorize Caliber to charge your payment method the stated price on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refunds are issued. The Blueprint is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, provided your consult has not yet been delivered.
7. Client responsibilities
Our services depend on accurate information. You agree to complete intake materials truthfully, to disclose relevant health history and clearances honestly, and to keep scheduled consults or reschedule with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
