1. Services description
Caliber Wellness ("Caliber," "we," "us") provides wellness consulting and educational information covering training, nutrition, and supplement suggestions. Our services are consulting and information only. Nothing physical is shipped by Caliber, and no supplement, drug, or product is sold on this site. Eleanor Murray, whose name and first-person notes appear on this site, is a fictional persona and not a real person. Images shown with her name are generated, not photographs. The services, pricing, and these terms are provided by Caliber Wellness as written.
2. Not medical care
Caliber Wellness is not a medical provider. Nothing on this site or delivered through our packages constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using our services does not create a provider-patient relationship of any kind. Always consult a licensed physician before beginning any training, nutrition, or supplement program, and before making changes to an existing one. Our services complement, and never replace, guidance from your physician, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.
3. Assumption of risk
Physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. By purchasing or following any plan or suggestion from Caliber, you acknowledge these risks, confirm that you have obtained any medical clearance appropriate to your situation, and agree that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Stop any activity that causes pain or symptoms and seek medical attention; if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or request a package. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@caliber-wellness.com of any unauthorized use.
6. Pricing, renewals, and refunds
Package prices are listed on the Programs page. This site does not process payments: it never collects, transmits, or stores card or bank details, and choosing a package here records a request only. We contact you to arrange the engagement and to settle payment separately. Ongoing Coaching runs monthly and Full Caliber quarterly, continuing until you tell us to stop. You may cancel at any time by contacting info@caliber-wellness.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and no partial-period refunds are issued. The Blueprint is refundable in full within 7 days of your request, provided your consult has not yet been delivered.
6a. Text message program (Caliber Wellness Alerts)
Caliber Wellness Consulting LLC operates a text message program called Caliber Wellness Alerts. Two kinds of message are sent, and you consent to each one separately: service messages covering scheduling, intake reminders and updates about a plan you have asked for, and promotional messages covering occasional program news and offers. Consent is never a condition of purchase or of receiving our services. You join only by entering your mobile number on a form at caliber-wellness.com and ticking the box for the message type you want. Neither box is ticked for you and neither is required to submit the form. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL to any message to leave the program; you will receive one confirmation and nothing further unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact info@caliber-wellness.com or (720) 806-6568. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. 7. Client responsibilities
Our services depend on accurate information. You agree to complete intake materials truthfully, to disclose relevant health history and clearances honestly, and to keep scheduled consults or reschedule with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including plans, copy, and design, is the property of Caliber Wellness Consulting LLC or its licensors. Plans delivered to you are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts other than your own, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Results from any wellness program vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caliber Wellness Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Caliber in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caliber Wellness Consulting LLC and its personnel from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
14. Changes; severability; entire agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the SMS / Messaging Terms, and the Health & Wellness Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and Caliber regarding the service.
