Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Caliber Wellness Consulting LLC, operating as Caliber Wellness (caliber-wellness.com), collects and uses personal information. Contact: info@caliber-wellness.com, 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, USA. Eleanor Murray, named elsewhere on this site, is a fictional persona and not a real person. Your information is handled by Caliber Wellness Consulting LLC, not by any individual named on the site.
1. What we collect
We collect account information (name, email, password hash), lead information submitted through our forms (name, email, mobile phone number where you provide one, and the persona page you contacted us from), the packages you request through the site, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to create and secure your account, deliver the consulting services you request, respond to leads, send the text messages you have specifically agreed to receive, and comply with legal and anti-fraud obligations.
3. Processors
This site does not process payments. It has no payment processor, and it never collects, transmits, or stores card or bank details. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. We collect your mobile number only where you enter it yourself, and we send text messages only of the kind you specifically ticked a box to receive. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of receiving our services, and the consent boxes are never pre-ticked. We do not buy, rent, or accept opt-in lists, and we do not accept consent gathered by any other business, including any brand under common ownership. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL, or by contacting privacy@caliber-wellness.com. Reply HELP to any message for help. 5. Retention
We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Lead records are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to meet those obligations. Where you consent to text messages, we keep a record of that consent (the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the network address the consent came from) for as long as we message you and afterwards for as long as we are required to evidence it. We keep that record even after you opt out, because it is the proof that the messages were authorised.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@caliber-wellness.com. Consent records described above are kept as evidence of authorisation and are excluded from deletion on request. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the CCPA and GDPR.
7. Cookies
We use a single session cookie (caliber_session) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies in this version of the site.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
